As an artist, you want to make sure that you have consistent and adequate exposure in the scene and with the help of an agency you could very well be on the path to success. Having somebody else negotiate and arrange performances for you requires a degree of trust and an open line of communication, but is this always the best way? 

Representatives from five of the biggest agencies in the hard dance industry have been gathered to speak about the pros and cons of having a second line making decisions for artists.
